Room Collaboration Systems
Our solutions allow you to collaborate on your choice of conferencing platform and most allow the option of joining both Teams and Zoom meetings from one system.

A typical huddle space is a room meant for 2 to 4 people and are the most cost effective and versatile solutions. Our huddle spaces will generally have the table against a wall. This simplifies the installation and normally includes a video display technology with integrated Windows PC and camera system.
Our small meeting room solutions are meant for 4 to 6 people. Typically, they will have a video bar mounted at the display.
Our medium meeting room solutions are meant for 6 to 12 people. They can have either a video bar mounted at the display or a more complex technology solution with multiple microphones, depending on use case.
Our large meeting room solutions are meant for 12 to 16 people. They will often have a more complex technology solution with multiple microphones and loudspeakers, depending on use case.
At Digitcom, we have built our Room Collaboration systems around Meetings Made Simple. Our solutions are scalable from small huddle spaces to large conference rooms, while keeping the interfaces similar from room to room and location to location. This creates familiarity for the user, less training, and faster meeting starts. You should not have to be a NASA engineer to use your Collaboration System.
Equipment Options
Digitcom uses only Commercial Grade displays and mounts, but why is this important?
Warranty – Manufacturers do not warranty residential televisions installed in commercial environments.
Control – Often Residential displays do not have the control connectors required to operate them. We want to ensure a display is on when it needs to be on, off when it needs to be off, and the proper input selected so that the solution works every time.
Commercial mounts ensure displays are appropriately, and safely installed, with the correct hardware.
One of the most important aspects of a video call is the sound quality. People in the room must be able to understand the remote participant, and the remote participant must be able to understand the in-room participants with high levels of clarity and intelligibility. Since the acoustics of rooms vary, sometimes a tabletop microphone is appropriate, other times a front of room solution may be desirable, and in larger rooms a ceiling speaker and mic solution could be required.
The camera image is an important factor in the success of video meetings. Our solutions use cameras chosen for the intended application, ensuring the best image for the participants.
